Website of YCW India! - I developed my personality through YCW!!!

I am Venice. I am from the base group in Aathoor from the district of Madurai. When I became member of this group I knew nothing about YCW. Therefore, I was preoccupied only with my work. Once I participated in the district level training session. This motivated me to involve more in YCW activities. I started to take actions to improve the conditions of my living place. This helped me to meet with the local authorities and thus I developed confidence to present the demands to the authorities. I had also developed my capacity to speak with people. The leaders of my base groups accompanied me in my actions and encouraged me to continue my development. There is development in my personality as well.
