WHO ARE WE?
We are:
- A movement of Young Workers who earn their livelihood, either at a place of work or in a school, or who work in their own families and those young people who are excluded from work as unemployed.
- Open to all young working men and women irrespective of caste, gender and religion.
- Open to collaborate with other youth and adult organisations to achieve its objectives by retaining its autonomous character.
OUR OBJECTIVES
Our fundamental objectives are that all young workers (men and women) in India should:
- Discover the deepest meaning of their life.
- Live in accordance with their personal and collective dignity.
- Assume the responsibility for finding solutions at the local, national and international levels
WHAT WE DO?
We:
- Participate in integral, progressive, and lasting education of young workers as human beings, so that it may help them to take on present and future responsibilities in their commitment in the working class.
- Help all young workers, without discrimination, to understand and confront the economic, social, political and cultural situations that prevent them to discover the deepest meaning of their life.
- Motivate the young workers to take adequate and appropriate actions in their daily situations.
- Represent the views of young workers before national, international, private and government institutions.
- Collaborate with like-minded organisations keeping its identity.
